How do I book an appointment?

Visit our Services page and select the service you’d like to book. From there, you’ll be able to choose your preferred stylist based on their availability and reserve your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that all cancellations or changes be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with clean hair and no product whenever possible. This gives your stylist the best starting point for your service.

Do you offer consultations before booking a service?

Yes! Consultations are available and can be booked directly through our Services page. We recommend a consultation if you’re considering a new look or aren’t sure where to start.

How do I book a consultation?

Book a consultation and we’ll help you determine the right service for your hair and goals. We also offer virtual consultations for added convenience.

What if I’m not sure which service to book?

Yes, we welcome walk-ins Monday through Friday from 9 AM–3 PM, based on stylist availability. For a specific stylist or service, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.
